We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Reading, MA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Payment Options
We accept most traditional insurance plans**, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Lisa Vouras, D.M.D. participates in Delta Dental Premier or Premier Plus PPO,Delta Total Choice, BCBS Dental Blue or Freedom Choice, and Altus. All other plans you would have to look at the "out of network" benefits for that plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. For more information see, About Insurance. Check with your Carrier or Employer for your plan details. We accept checks, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Carecredit. As an investment in your overall health and as a valued patient you are responsible for payment of all services you receive in this practice regardless of insurance coverage. We require payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with our financial coordinator. We do not offer in-house payment plans. Other arrangements may include and are limited to the following:
As a courtesy, if you have an Employer sponsored Insurance plan we will be happy to process your claims and accept any reimbursement your employer has contracted with the Insurance carrier to pay. Once payment is received you will be billed for any outstanding balance remaining on the claim. Payment is due upon receipt of the statement**.
For Major dental work including, crowns*, bridges*, removable prosthesis, root canal therapy etc. which may involve more than one visit we require payment of your portion in full at the first visit. (in some cases we will accept ½ of your portion at first visit with the remaining ½ paid at the time of completion).
For our patients who wish to extend payments over several months for any services we offer Carecredit.com. A revolving line of credit offered through GE Money Bank. For those who qualify, they offer 6(any amount) and 12(over $1,000) month plans with 0% financing and 24-48 month plans at a low current competitive interest rate. Ask our Financial Coordinator for more information on this plan.

*Any account with an outstanding balance over 30 days regardless of payment arrangements will have interest add at 1.83% per statement period (22% APR).
